The Manager, Demand Planning role for North America Wholesale (NAW) serves as the strategic link between merchandising intent and operational execution. This role is responsible for building a seamless bridge of data and product insight between customer buys, assortment strategy, and final product delivery. By leading cross-functional partnership with Sales, Merchandising, Buying, and Operations, you will ensure that our seasonal assortments are backed by data-driven forecasts and grounded in a deep understanding of product, consumer demand, and market trends. You will act as a chief enabler for the sales team by mastering and implementing digital tools like NuOrder, Collection Curator and emerging asset platforms. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
