You will collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and product teams to ensure observability at scale. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Grafana dashboards for infrastructure, applications, and business metrics • Integrate Grafana with data sources like Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Dynatrace, Datadog • Automate dashboard provisioning using Grafana APIs, Terraform, Grafana-as-Code • Collaborate with SRE/DevOps teams to define monitoring KPIs and alerting strategies • Optimize dashboards for performance and usability • Ensure RBAC and data security in Grafana • Contribute to observability best practices and platform evolution Required Qualifications • 3+ years of Grafana experience in production • Strong understanding of time-series data, metrics, and logs • Proficiency in PromQL, LogQL or similar query languages • Experience with Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Dynatrace, or Datadog • Knowledge of Terraform / Ansible and IaC automation • Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar • Good understanding of Linux, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Grafana Enterprise (SSO, reporting, teams) • Knowledge of SLO/SLA monitoring & error budgeting • Exposure to OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing • Contributions to Grafana plugins or open-source observability tools •

This role will support payroll operations for approximately 1,500 FTEs and 35 on-call employees, ensuring compliance and accuracy in a federal contractor environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Deltek Costpoint and ADP payroll systems, coupled with advanced Excel skills and a proven record in payroll compliance and reconciliation. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1,500+ employees, including on-call staff • Utilize Deltek Costpoint (required) and ADP payroll systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Maintain compliance with federal contractor requirements and internal policies • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support general ledger accounting • Handle payroll audits, system validations, and compliance checks • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies • Ensure employee inquiries related to payroll are addressed accurately and promptly • Document and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and compliance Qualifications • 3-5+ years of payroll experience in a large-scale environment (1,000+ employees preferred) • Deltek Costpoint payroll experience required; ADP system knowledge strongly preferred • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations) • Experience with payroll compliance in a federal contracting environment • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage confidential data with accuracy • Experience in ledger accounting/account reconciliation for payroll is a strong plus • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Additional Details • Fully remote - candidates on the East Coast or Midwest are strongly preferred • Contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive hourly rate ($35 - $43/hr W2) • Non-unionized workforce, ESOP company structure • No lien processing required
