Lead the development and execution of HR technology strategy, oversee HR operations transformation, and build HR analytics capabilities. | Requires 10+ years of HR experience, 7+ years in HRIS/Operations leadership, proven large-scale HCM implementation experience, and proficiency in HRIS and analytics tools. | This role will drive the creation of a best-in-class HR shared services model, oversee the selection, implementation, and change management of modernized HR technology platforms, and enable data-driven decision making through advanced HR analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities: HRIS Strategy & Technology Transformation • Own the vision, roadmap and execution of the HR Technology strategy, including the evaluation, selection and implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. • Oversee HR systems integration, data integrity, configuration and security in collaboration with IT and vendors. • Ensure scalable system design to support enterprise growth and evolving workforce needs. HR Operations & Shared Services Transformation • Lead the strategic design and buildout of a centralized HR Operations function with a shared services delivery model. • Establish consistent, scalable processes and service level agreements across all HR operational areas. • Implement operational excellence methodologies to improve service delivery, compliance and associate experience. • Drive automation and self-service initiatives to streamline HR service delivery. HR Data, Reporting & Analytics • Build and lead an HR analytics function to enable real time reporting, dashboards and predictive insights talent management, workforce planning inclusion and belonging, and more. • Partner with key stakeholders to define KPIs and design metric frameworks. • Ensure data accuracy, compliance and privacy in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. • Master's Degree is preferred. • 10+ years of progressive HR experience is required. • 7+ years of experience in HRIS/Operations leadership is required. • Proven experience leading a large scale HCM implementation is required. • Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms, data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and project management tools. • Preferred certifications include HRIP, PMP, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.

The Senior Director is responsible for leading the execution, management, and strategy of Prime's strategic 340B program. Working with senior leadership and other Prime departments, this role defines and drives comprehensive, cross-functional program strategy in support of Prime's strategic and long-term objectives. Responsibilities • Lead and/or participate in strategic cross-functional committees to define strategy and align the direction for the programs supporting the design and execution of Prime's long-term objectives • Drive cross-functional execution of program strategies, provide thought leadership and ensuring alignment on overall strategy across teams • Provide leadership and direction to the team responsible for management of the program • Manage vendor or key partner relationships, including contractual results, go-to-market strategies, and strategic interactions • Lead the identification, development, implementation and change management of process improvements and key enhancements for program management processes and tools • Act as the key escalation point for issues related to assigned programs, including representing Prime in internal and external executive communications Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business or related area of study • 10 years of work experience • 7 years of leadership/supervisory/management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success of presenting to the senior executive team • Interpersonal skills demonstrating team leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to influence across the organization • Well-developed leadership skills; ability to engage, inspire, influence and develop others • Ability to identify enhancement opportunities and implement change management efforts • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects/programs and timelines simultaneously without compromising quality Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field • PBM/health care experience • Experience with formal process improvement methodologies
