We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our independently owned and operated national agency. Office Assistant Responsibilities: • Providing exemplary customer service • Managing client and caregiver calls • Performing caregiver orientation as needed • Assisting with home visits and other office tasks Office Assistant Requirements: • Experience – One year experience in a home care setting preferred • Education – High school diploma • Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills • Characteristics – We’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
