This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage both high level planning and day to day execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and is comfortable working cross functionally with merchandisers, marketing, and operations teams. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to scale online sales channels are essential.
