Company Overview Supernova Studio is a Madrid-based creative project management studio, producing across event management, marketing, and content creation. Since 2022, we’ve specialized in delivering photography & videography for high-level projects in fashion, music, hospitality, and lifestyle. Our in-house creative director and talent, Adrià Simó, leads all visual work. While based in Spain, we regularly travel worldwide to execute productions. Role Description We’re seeking a commission-based freelance Client Acquisition Partner to expand our presence in New York City and other US luxury markets. Your mission: secure a steady pipeline of client bookings for our photography & videography services, leveraging your own network and industry access. This is a pure business development role — no logistics, no operations, just bringing in new clients. Responsibilities • Source and secure new leads weekly in fashion, music, hospitality, and lifestyle industries. • Manage outreach, pricing discussions, and initial negotiations. • Finalize client contracts and booking confirmation. • Work remotely, with full autonomy. Requirements • Demonstrated experience as a booker/agent for photographers, videographers, or creative studios. • Strong existing network in NYC and/or US luxury markets. • Skilled communicator and negotiator. • Legally registered as self-employed and able to issue invoices. Compensation • 10–20% commission on net artist fees, for each confirmed booking (excluding travel & production expenses). • No base salary, commission only. 📩 Interested? Let’s connect!
