Partner with leaders to build annual budgets, monitor performance, and refresh quarterly forecasts. Track monthly results and highlight key trends, drivers, and variances. Assist with weekly cash flow forecasting by validating inputs, assumptions, and working capital impacts. Collaborate with AR, AP, delivery, finance, and operations to anticipate changes in cash needs. Contribute to month-end reporting packages for banks, investors, and internal leadership. Prepare schedules, KPIs, dashboards, and other reporting materials used across the company. Draft concise variance commentary comparing actuals to budget and forecast. Maintain and improve financial models used for planning, forecasting, and decision-making. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance data visualization. Provide analysis for new initiatives, spending reviews, acquisitions, and scenario planning. What You’ll Deliver: Accurate, timely inputs into the consolidated budget and forecast. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Bring 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, consulting, or a data-heavy analytical role. Are fluent in Excel and financial statements and genuinely enjoy working with data. Can translate numbers into insights and communicate them clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Are curious about how the business works and enjoy digging into operational details. Are organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. Take initiative, ask smart questions, and proactively recommend improvements. Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS, hosting, cloud, or other recurring-revenue business models. Familiarity with forecasting tools, BI tools, or SQL. In this role, you will be accountable for driving referrals to meet or exceed goals by using a consultative sales approach, across multiple call points. A successful rep will use creative and compelling strategies to break through common barriers that restrict access to physicians, nurses, case managers, and other relevant decision makers. Applying seasoned sales skills to enhance in-person visits by utilizing a variety of communication channels (email, phone, text, social media) to connect with referral sources. Responsibilities • Market all products and services offered to new and existing accounts to meet sales and territory objectives. • Educates physicians and referral sources on the products and services offered, referral process, and other impactful factors to build relationships and referral loyalty. • Develop sales leads by executing an organized call routing schedule. • Develop and execute local (in conjunction with Company management) marketing and sales strategies to maximize sales growth and increase footprint. • Assist Company management in strategic business development activities specific to the territory.
