In this role, you’ll manage multiple client accounts, deeply understand their goals, and coordinate the successful delivery of campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator who can foster long-term partnerships and consistently drive results. Requirements: • Proven experience in digital account management or client success roles • Strong understanding of the insurance and home-service industries in the United States • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously • Results-driven mindset with a passion for client satisfaction Compensation: This position is paid per client load, with opportunities to grow as the agency expands.
