Job Qualifications: • Previous sales experience • Excellent customer service skills • Solid verbal and written communication skills require • Excel in a busy environment • Functional computer skills required • MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, basic computer program software use • Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred • Some college preferred Shift and Schedule • Part Time Position • Monday thru Friday • Evenings • Saturdays Job Summary: As the MSA you are the face of Stretch Zone! This role requires you to assist all members and guests as needed and establish a relationship to support member growth and retention. The MSA is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio. First and foremost, the MSA’s primary responsibility is to drive membership sales within the studio. Additionally, the MSA orchestrates delivery of superior customer service, customer satisfaction and performance relative to your studio’s revenue goals.
