Job Description The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business goals within Stream. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development across assigned client groups. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR matters including workforce strategies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. Partner with the HR teams Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development) to implement enterprise programs to ensure adoption within the business. Advise and coach business leaders on workforce strategies, organizational planning, leadership development and talent priorities aligned with business goals. Use talent and workforce insights to guide decisions on hiring, succession, performance, engagement, and capability building. Partner with leaders on strategic talent planning, including broker hiring strategies, operations workforce needs, and market growth. Support organizational effectiveness, including role clarity, team alignment, and change management related to evolving business needs. Champion Stream’s culture and values, promoting an environment of high performance, accountability, and employee engagement. Advise on complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, ensuring compliance and alignment with Stream standards. Leverage HR processes and analytics to inform decisions and enable business outcomes. Support leader readiness for HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and organizational reviews. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, especially in real estate-heavy markets. Provide occasional onsite HR support for regional offices, including travel as needed about 15%. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience required. Experience in supporting sales or go-to-market teams preferred. Commercial real estate experience preferred. Experience in supporting client-facing or revenue-generating teams in a decentralized, fast paced environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proven ability to build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Familiarity with organizational design and change management. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW Stream is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for various client groups within the organization. In this role you will build a “trusted advisor” relationship with hiring managers which includes, understanding their line of business, culture and talent acquisition needs; sourcing, screening and managing candidates through the interview process; and as the subject matter expert, provide consultative guidance and advice on recruitment best practices. This role is hybrid and based in our Downtown Dallas office. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-life cycle recruitment for various roles within Commercial Real Estate and Corporate functions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver high quality candidates. Develop and lead targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates via applicant review, direct sourcing, referrals, local advertising, networking, professional communities, etc. Effectively evaluate candidate qualifications by conducting thorough interviews. Successfully communicate each candidate’s experience and qualifications for the opportunity and advise the hiring manager on candidate background, expertise, and career potential. Manage and negotiate both the selection and offer process including but not limited to, candidate compensation, benefits, and pre-close of the candidate. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing superior candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing. Work closely with Talent Coordinator to ensure interviews are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner, applicant tracking system compliance and that all HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence are sent to candidates. Provide recruiting updates to hiring managers, HR, management and stakeholders and escalate issues in a timely fashion. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles by leveraging talent communities. Evaluate and effectively partner with external recruiting partners when appropriate. Track and analyze recruiting data to assess the process, market and talent trends and provide feedback to the team. Qualifications 3+ years of business experience. 3-5 years as a full-cycle recruiter with experience cold calling, conducting internet research, developing recruitment strategies and client/candidate management. Previous recruitment experience within a Commercial Real Estate firm is preferred. Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments by asking the right questions. Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, updating records and information ensuring system integrity and accuracy of data. Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs. Candidate sourcing through traditional and creative channels, including building talent communities. Must be able to conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidate profiles. Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results. Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage various recruitment projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Willing and able to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change. PC proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
