We’re now looking for our Head of Sales to take our growth engine to the next level. THE ROLE – HEAD OF SALES As our first sales leader, you’ll own and scale the entire sales function. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team, managing pipeline growth, leading a small SDR team, and closing deals yourself. This is a hands-on leadership role – part strategist, part coach, part closer. Perfect for someone who wants to build a sales org from the ground up, take real ownership, and be rewarded like a true partner. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Own outbound & inbound sales operations – improve systems (Apollo, dialers, CRM) and drive predictable growth • Lead and scale the team – manage, mentor, and hire SDRs/AEs, setting KPIs and coaching them to success • Full-cycle selling – run demos, close deals, and lead by example (player-coach mentality) • Refine strategy & messaging – collaborate with founders & marketing to optimize targeting and positioning • Build repeatable playbooks – architect systems and processes for long-term scalability • Forecast & plan – define commission models, predict revenue, and help shape GTM strategy • Represent Startupr – build client relationships and lead high-stakes conversations with founders & executives WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 5+ yrs B2B/SaaS sales experience, including 2+ yrs in a leadership role (Head of Sales, Sales Manager, etc.) • Proven closer – exceeded quota consistently and thrive in high-stakes deals • Outbound ops expert – Apollo, LinkedIn, dialers, CRM, automations, A/B testing, KPI tracking • Startup/Founder mindset – scrappy, adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environments • Strong communicator – fluent English, great at cold outreach, Zoom pitches, and enterprise conversations • Team builder – trained/hired SDRs or AEs before and know how to inspire performance • Accountable & data-driven – you run sales like a system and measure what matters WHAT WE OFFER • 5% equity – founding team-level ownership (standard vesting, 1-year cliff) • Performance rewards – uncapped commission / revenue share on closed deals • High-impact role – influence product, strategy, and team from Day 1 • Salary coming soon – competitive base introduced in 4–5 months as we scale & fundraise • Remote & flexible – US-based, async-friendly, outcome-driven • Sweat equity experience – build from 0→1 with real upside ⚠️ Note: This is a commission + equity based role. We’re now looking for our Founding SDR to help fuel the next stage of growth. The Role – Founding SDR As our first Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the engine that drives our pipeline. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team, owning outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that turn into real revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role – perfect for someone who wants to grow fast, take real ownership, and be rewarded like a true partner.
