Manage full recruitment lifecycle and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. | Requires 5+ years professional experience including 3+ years sourcing, bachelor's degree, and proficiency with recruitment tools and legal requirements. | IT Sourcer Responsible for managing the talent acquisition selection process for new staff at a professional level. People in this role may be responsible for one level of staff (i.e. non-exempt) or for lateral talent acquisition for a specific business unit. They will support the talent acquisition policy and offer advice on all aspects of the talent acquisition and selection process. People in this role may also be responsible for managing relationships with third-party vendors. Other activities may include conducting research, executing robust searching strategies and negotiating complex employment offers to attract highly-skilled and credentialed candidates. • Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process from initial brief, candidate contact, interview cycle and offer while working seamlessly with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts • Develop recruitment strategy and methodologies, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within while also identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, key leadership with hiring and employment data.
