Job Role: Project Manager Location: Remote (Local to PA) Duration: Long-Term Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing resources, risks, and communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration. • Monitor and track project progress using project management tools. • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership. • Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. • Manage vendor and client communications when required. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master s preferred). • Proven experience as a Project Manager (X+ years depending on seniority). • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other project management certifications preferred.
