ABOUT THE ROLE The Machine Operator - Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations. COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE $20.60 hourly  Monday - Friday (2PM - 10:30PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt  WHAT YOU WILL DO * Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS. * Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used. * Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency * Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas * Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software * Act professionally and remain focused while working * Safely operate all warehouse equipment * Follow directions of leadership * Perform cleaning activities as required * Maintain a safe and clean warehouse * Maintain a positive attitude * Additional responsibilities as assigned by management WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORE * Must be 18 years of age * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Ability to read and speak English  * Must have reliable transportation  * Ability to follow detailed instructions * Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery * Must be comfortable using electronic devices * Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation * Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately * Ability to operate warehouse machinery - Forklift/Cherry Picker Driver Experience * Must be flexible with start and departure time changing  * Ability to work overtime when needed * Ability to work independently without close supervision * Responsible for any additional duties assigned PHYSICAL DEMANDS In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. * Proven experience in corporate communications, brand strategy, or media relations, preferably in a leadership role. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment. * Experience managing external agencies and vendors. * Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to inform strategies. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Crisis communication experience is a plus.
