About this Opportunity: As Spokeo continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager (Sr. TPM). You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions in a timely manner, and that delight the customers. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog based on business objectives set by the customer and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver effectively and on time. This candidate will also have worked as a software engineer, technical product architect, and or similarly technical role(s). This position reports to the SVP of Product Management. What You’ll Do: This includes an estimate (%) of where time will be spent, and is subject to change: 45% - Lead a cross-functional Scrum team as Product Owner, owning the planning and prioritization of the backlog, monitoring key metrics, and driving efficient end-to-end product development from conception to launch; Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and analytics teams to implement new features, collect feedback and requirements, and gain deeper insights to drive the product's future 30% - Collaborate with Engineering on technical architectures, data flows, ERDs, and system designs 10% - Embrace the opportunity to challenge the norm and relentlessly pursue simple and elegant customer experiences 10% - Stay up-to-date with industry trends beyond Spokeo, align product teams and partners, and inspire leadership to support your product and business ideas 5% - Serve as a product evangelist, promoting alignment among leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and the product team Who You Are: You have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field You have 5+ years of experience with product management and or product development You have 3+ years of experience with software development You are experienced at collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging senior stakeholders, and using agile software development You can create a well-planned roadmap by strategically breaking down projects into MVPs and subsequent phases, optimizing customer and business value with minimal effort You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your clear and concise product specs inspire and motivate teams toward a bold vision Experience with data related to public records, people, businesses, and/or properties is highly preferred Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and context engineering Experience with MySQL, SQL is a must Working at Spokeo: Spokeo offers a bonus program, equity plans, and 401K. About this Opportunity As a Senior SEO Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving our SEO performance. You’ll leverage Databricks, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tableau, seoClarity, and many other tools to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and develop recommendations that enhance Spokeo’s search presence and increase organic traffic to the website. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, development, and data science teams to refine our SEO and GEO strategy and support broader acquisition growth efforts. This role is ideal for an SEO professional who is data-driven, technically adept, and eager to apply advanced analytical skills to search engine optimization. What You’ll Do: Analyze and optimize SEO performance using a variety of tools. Research customer behavior in our data lake using PySpark on Databricks. Develop SEO dashboards in Tableau and ensure accurate reporting. Partner with cross-functional Scrum teams to test and improve SEO strategies. Identify technical SEO opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations. Stay ahead of SEO and GEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies. Communicate insights clearly to business and executive stakeholders. Who You Are: 5+ years of data analysis experience in a large-scale data-driven web business. 3+ years of experience with web analytics software such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc. 3+ years of experience creating dashboards and reports in Tableau. Proficiency in PySpark and SQL to extract and analyze data. Excellent communication skills—able to turn complex data into clear insights. Highly Desired Skills: Experience with seoClarity or similar SERP research tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog. Experience with Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks, or similar PySpark environments Familiarity with keyword research, EEAT strategy, and similar content analysis Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of technical SEO tools such as PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, APM, etc. Working at Spokeo Spokeo offers a bonus program, equity plans, and 401K.
