This role is all about spotting opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding the brand’s presence across lifestyle, home, textiles, and adjacent categories — with a special focus on leveraging TikTok Shop as a growth channel. What You’ll Do : Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities in fashion, textiles, home, lifestyle, and adjacent categories Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through networking, market research, and industry connections Assess financial and strategic potential of target brands Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to manage due diligence and close transactions Lead negotiations and structure ROI‑driven deals with brand owners, investors, and intermediaries Build and sustain strong relationships with founders, brand managers, brokers, and investors Represent the brand at forums, exhibitions, and acquisition events Track consumer trends, competitor moves, and emerging categories to fuel growth Present acquisition strategies and business cases to senior management What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 6–10 years of experience in brand acquisition, M&A, corporate development, or retail expansion Strong negotiation and analytical skills Excellent networking and relationship management capabilities Familiarity with TikTok Shop strategy and digital commerce growth

We are looking for someone who can own and grow the brand’s TikTok Shop presence end to end. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing product listings, coordinating with creators and influencers, executing promotional campaigns, and analyzing shop performance to maximize growth. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact on a brand’s social commerce success. What You’ll Do Lead daily TikTok Shop operations including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and campaign execution. Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and affiliates to drive engagement and sales. Plan and execute flash sales, live shopping events, and promotional campaigns aligned with brand goals. Monitor shop metrics and performance data, using insights to optimize strategy and improve results. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, creative, logistics, and customer experience to ensure smooth operations and seamless execution. Stay up to date on TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, including Seller Center, creator programs, live shopping events, and campaign execution. Strong understanding of TikTok content trends, creator ecosystems, and social commerce strategy. A mix of creativity and analytical thinking, able to experiment with trends and analyze performance metrics. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
