This position involves managing a team of office staff, maintaining office systems, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with dental regulations. The Senior Office Manager plays a key leadership role in creating a positive patient experience, improving office workflow, and ensuring operational success across all locations. Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and support office managers and front-office staff across multiple locations. Provide leadership to ensure staff performance aligns with the office’s goals and values. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to encourage professional growth and maintain high staff morale. Ensure proper staff scheduling to meet the needs of each location, including managing time off, ensuring adequate coverage, and handling emergencies. Handle employee issues, conflicts, or disciplinary actions according to company policies and procedures. Oversee the daily operations of assigned each office locations, ensuring efficient patient flow, optimal staff utilization, and effective use of resources. Ensure that all locations comply with health, safety, and legal regulations, including infection control protocols, HIPAA standards, and local/state dental requirements. Monitor and analyze office performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to increase efficiency and profitability. Oversee patient billing and insurance processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of claims. Ensure that each office location provides an exceptional patient experience by managing front-office operations, patient communication, and appointment scheduling. Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure patients receive timely and high-quality care. Ensure all locations comply with industry regulations and best practices, including ADA standards, OSHA requirements, and HIPAA. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental office management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role overseeing multiple locations or a large team.
