This position will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, client communication, and office management, while also contributing to sales growth and marketing efforts. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and text messages • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and maintain organized records • Manage Google Sheets, Google Docs, and spreadsheets for tracking leads and jobs • Support sales by qualifying leads, booking jobs, and following up with prospects • Keep office operations organized and efficient • Assist with social media updates and Instagram posting • Optional but preferred: Edit short videos/reels/TikTok for promotions and marketing Qualifications: • Strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable with phone calls, scheduling, and client outreach • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Sales or customer support experience preferred • Social media management or video editing skills a plus Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay + performance-based incentives • Flexible schedule options • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding business • Be part of a supportive team environment If you are looking for a position where you can use your office skills, sales ability, and creativity to help a business grow, we’d love to hear from you!
