Lead procurement strategies and supplier management to optimize costs and support business objectives. | Bachelor's degree and over 7 years procurement/supply chain experience with strong strategic sourcing and leadership skills. | Top Job Located in West Chester, OH Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 Director of Purchasing Location: West Chester, OH Pay: $130,000 - $140,000 Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management. • Strong experience with strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations. • Proven ability to drive productivity improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies. • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. • AS400 knowledge and Bath & Kitchen industry experience preferred. Responsibilities • Develop and implement multi-year procurement and category sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, service, and innovation. • Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, benchmarking initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies for assigned categories. • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships while evaluating supplier performance through scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support new product launches and business objectives. • Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis, alternative sourcing, and process improvements without compromising quality or service. • Provide leadership and direction to the procurement team while supporting departmental goals, budgets, and project execution. • Monitor market and economic trends affecting pricing, delivery, and supplier performance, while ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder communication. #SRGDH Express Office: Cincinnati (Northwest) 3551 Springdale Road Cincinnati, OH 45251
