Were looking for a highly organized, creative-minded project manager to help lead, execute, and align communications and creative projects across departments and ministries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project & Production Management • Manage timelines, workflows, and task delegation for all creative and communications projects (social media, video, design, print, digital, web, etc.) • Assist in leading weekly creative team meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables • Serve as the bridge between ministry leaders and the creative team to ensure clarity, feasibility, and timely execution of requests • Keep Asana (or other project management tools) updated and organized for clear visibility across the team • Schedule logistics for video shoots and other creative projects including space reservations, talent scheduling, and any necessary support. Creative Collaboration • Work closely with staff and contract designers, video editors, writers, and content creators to move projects forward • Assist with basic content production tasks as needed (proofreading, simple copywriting, caption scheduling, etc.) • Provide creative input on how to make church communications more compelling visually and more emotionally resonant Volunteer Care & Scheduling • Coordinate scheduling for creative volunteers, including photographers, videographers, and graphic designers • Ensure volunteers are equipped, encouraged, and celebrated as key contributors to the mission • Communicate project details and expectations clearly, ensuring volunteers have what they need to succeed • Build a culture of belonging and creativity among volunteer teams by providing feedback, encouragement, and regular touch points Execution & Oversight • Ensure no detail falls through the cracks by building healthy systems and feedback loops • Track wins, analyze project performance, and help refine systems for better team flow • Manage the delivery and quality control of Sunday support projects (i.e., slides, signage, sermon graphics, etc.) • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of print and branded materials (signage, cards, merchandise, etc.) with vendors YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU • Are energized by bringing order to creativity • Can manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Are solutions-oriented and enjoy problem-solving with people • Understand branding, tone of voice, and the importance of visual storytelling • Thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot when needed • Love the local church and believe that creative work is Kingdom work Character and Attributes (as defined by our cultural values) • Humble: Has an accurate view of who you are in Christ and what He has called us to do, with a willingness to submit to the Lord and others. • Healthy: Displays a commitment to growing in Christlikeness by enjoying God, loving others, and daily surrender to God. • Hungry: Actively works to achieve team goals with ownership, resilience, and diligence, while being teachable and committed to personal growth Internal Job Code
