You will own the development and execution of strategies to expand into current and new markets, leading cross-functional teams in a 3-in-a-box model with sales and technology. You will bring a commanding understanding of our value proposition and translate market intelligence into strategic direction. You will champion innovation and growth in new segments at the executive level, build and steward high-impact strategic customer relationships, and lead the identification and evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances. While the role will support strategic growth across the Mobile AC market, approximately 75% of the focus will be on accelerating growth in the North American aftermarket business. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of aftermarket ecosystems, channel management, distribution strategy, and business-to-consumer (B2C) market dynamics. They will develop and execute strategies that expand market penetration, strengthen channel partnerships, increase end-user demand, and drive profitable growth across the aftermarket value chain. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Establish yourself as the recognized strategic authority on Mobile AC in North America. Lead market positioning and set the direction for early adoption of HFO technology, engaging key stakeholders at the executive level. • Own and drive the NPI roadmap for your region, ensuring alignment with global strategy and full accountability for NPI commitments and outcomes. • Lead the strategic development of distributor and key account partnerships, building executive-level relationships that create durable competitive advantage and long-term value. • Define and own the strategic plan to win in target segments by developing a deep understanding of stakeholders’ unmet needs and market trends, and translating this intelligence into actionable long-term growth priorities and market expansion decisions. • Lead cross-functional alignment with Product Management and Engineering to shape customer requirements and strategic objectives for future R&D initiatives, and drive the development of the Offering Roadmap and investment business cases. • Partner with Customer Marketing to translate strategic growth plans into high-impact sales playbooks, demand generation programs, and value-selling frameworks that drive measurable commercial outcomes • Align with Sales Leadership at the executive level, provide strategic direction for target account planning, lead a rigorous business development MOS, and hold accountability for the prioritization of business opportunities and cross-functional resource allocation. • Develop and execute the North America aftermarket growth strategy, identifying new opportunities to expand market share and accelerate revenue growth across distribution and service channels. • Lead channel management and distributor engagement strategies, establishing strong partnerships that drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and profitable growth. • Drive business development initiatives focused on the automotive aftermarket, including collaboration with distributors, wholesalers, service networks, retailers, and other channel partners. • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop programs that increase end-user awareness, demand creation, and pull-through growth across the channel ecosystem. • Monitor evolving aftermarket trends, customer buying behaviors, competitive activity, and channel dynamics to inform strategic growth decisions and investment priorities. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE • 10+ years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, channel management, or market development within the automotive aftermarket or closely related industries. • Demonstrated success driving growth through distributor, channel, and aftermarket networks. WE VALUE • Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, electrical or mechanical engineering. MBA preferred. • Strong drive to win, exceptional influencing skills at all organizational levels, sharp market awareness, and sound strategic business acumen. • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional and international teams, fostering a high-performance culture across multi-cultural environments. Experience mentoring talent and building organizational capability. • High emotional intelligence and ability to create a motivating collaborative environment. • Effective written, verbal and listening skills at all levels of the organization • Ability to articulate complex strategies in a clear, concise, and decisive manner, and to translate vision into actionable plans with measurable accountability • Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket ecosystem, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, service providers, and end-user market dynamics. • Experience developing channel strategies and managing complex distribution networks. • Experience with B2C go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives that drive channel pull-through. PAY RANGE The annual base salary range for this position is $226,930 - 283,369 for Morris Plains, NJ. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible. Lead global supply SIOP process to optimize production plans and inventory across facilities while managing supply chain risks. | Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in manufacturing or supply chain with SAP proficiency and experience in constrained global supply networks required. | This Supply Planner Manager reports into the Sr Director of Planning for the Refrigerants and Applied Solution business unit of Solstice Advanced Materials. They are part of a global planning team driving the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to enable supply chain continuity from suppliers, through manufacturing operations, across distribution networks, and to our customers. The scope of this position includes leading global supply planning processes for products within our highly integrated Foam, Aerosols, and Solvents segments. This includes 3 main product families across 10 internal and external production facilities supporting $600M in annual revenue. This role drives collaboration across the functions to reach consensus on manufacturing and purchasing plans that meet customer demands, manage supply chain risk, and achieve business objectives.  While being an individual contributor role, it requires strong leadership, influencing skills, problem solving ability, financial acumen, and business process knowledge.  This role can be worked out of the Baton Rouge, LA or Morris Plains, NJ locations.   Key Responsibilities * Lead Supply SIOP team in the creation of a consensus rolling production plan for the 18-month period by product line and by region, consistent with planning strategies, target inventory policies, and available capacity (RCCP or Rough-Cut Capacity Plan) across a global network. * Drive optimal Make vs Buy decisions balancing contractual obligations, cost management, and inventory control objectives * Generate a preliminary monthly purchase plan aligned to constrained production plan and considering supplier contracts and capacities * Generate and optimize a monthly Inventory projection based on the demand and supply plans * Partner with Inventory planner to set and optimize inventory targets and planning strategies for major products with input from business and segment leaders to improve working capital turns while supporting customer service levels. * Partner with the business and finance teams to reconcile constrained supply plans with demand forecast to capture risks to incorporate into financial projections * Lead segment Supply Meetings and actively participate in Financial Reconciliation and Executive SIOP meetings to escalate key issues and drive decisions. * Maintain supply planning-related master data (Inventory Safety stock, Lot sizing, Planning time fences) within our SAP planning system of record. * Implement various replenishment strategies (Make to forecast, Make to order, etc) based on product classification through effective master data. * Drive system maturity by leveraging and integrating planning tools (APO SNP). * Supply Chain focal point for New Product Introduction, New Business/Policies & Manufacturing footprint change initiatives. * Prepare and provide supply-related data as required to support Sourcing, STRAP, AOP, Financial, and SIOP business processes.     About Solstice Advanced Materials Solstice Advanced Materials is a leading global specialty materials company that advances science for smarter outcomes.
