Document and standardize HR workflows to support acquisition-driven growth and ensure audit readiness. | 3-6+ years in process analysis or HR operations with BPMN 2.0 and facilitation skills. | We are seeking an experienced HR Process Analyst to support the stabilization and standardization of HR processes during a period of rapid acquisition-driven growth. This role will focus on documenting, structuring, and aligning HR workflows to enterprise standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and audit readiness across the organization. • Pay rate :$60/hr on w2 to $65/hr on w2 Responsibilities: • Conduct process discovery sessions with HR and operational stakeholders to capture current-state workflows. • Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation. • Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Align documentation with established taxonomies, BPMN 2.0 standards, and Lean methodologies where applicable. • Support the development of repeatable process models for acquisition integration efforts. • Partner with stakeholders to validate processes and ensure documentation accuracy. • Maintain organized documentation repositories and version control. • Support governance initiatives by reinforcing process standards and identifying deviations. Required Qualifications: • 3–6+ years of experience in process analysis, business process mapping, or HR operations. • Experience documenting processes using BPMN 2.0 standards. • Strong facilitation skills for process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews. • Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart. • Familiarity with Generative AI tools. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. • Preferred: Experience in payroll, onboarding, employee data management, compliance, Lean/Six Sigma, M&A integration, or regulated environments.
