The Role: Solidus Labs is seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell our cutting-edge, AI-powered trade surveillance and risk monitoring solutions. This role requires the ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within both traditional financial markets (TradFi) and the evolving landscape of crypto and digital assets. Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed a quarterly quota of new revenue generated through the sale of Solidus Labs products and services. Drive new business development within the US market, positioning Solidus Labs as the leading provider of compliance solutions for financial institutions. Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing. Articulate the value proposition of Solidus Labs' HALO platform, create and tailor sales materials (pitches, proposals, decks) for target clients. Effectively compete against established legacy vendors. Cultivate and expand relationships with senior-level stakeholders in compliance, risk, and trading at major financial institutions. Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape in both digital and traditional financial markets. Partner with internal teams, including product specialists, solutions consultants, and customer success, to ensure seamless client engagement and deployment. Responsibilities None Requirements What you bring: Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software SaaS sales, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions to financial institutions. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including trading workflows, compliance regulations, and risk management practices. Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of trading technology and the digital asset/crypto ecosystem is a significant advantage. Sales Skills: Exceptional skills in prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing large, complex deals. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, and location. This role also has a commission tied to performance targets. The Role: We’re looking for a high-impact Product Manager to own and scale our high-performance, low-latency market data pipelines. You’ll lead initiatives that ingest, process, and deliver multi-asset-class market data - seamlessly supporting our AI, DeFi, surveillance, and monitoring products. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on: defining the vision, managing the roadmap, and working side-by-side with engineering to deliver data solutions that power mission-critical financial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong trading, trading applications or market data background and experience building and scaling enterprise data platform products. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling them to work effectively across functional teams. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Lead Data Architecture Initiatives – Define requirements through stakeholder engagement and oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and performant market data systems. Own the Roadmap – Create and maintain a transparent, prioritized product roadmap for the Data Platform team. Enable Cross-Functional Success – Collaborate with PMs and engineers from Market Surveillance, Transaction Monitoring, AI, and DeFi to align data capabilities with product needs. Optimize for Performance – Drive development of real-time and batch pipelines with low-latency (<100ms) and high-throughput standards. Ensure Quality & Reliability – Champion automated testing, monitoring, and high-availability practices to guarantee data completeness and accuracy. Measure & Improve – Use analytics, KPIs, and feedback loops to refine product delivery and inform strategic decisions. Requirements What you bring: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience Proven experience with equities or futures market data (e.g., CME, US Equity Options) Strong knowledge of market data protocols and formats (FIX, ITCH, OUCH, CSV) Experience integrating and supporting market data feed handlers (direct exchange feeds, vendor APIs) Expertise in tick data storage and time-series databases (KDB+, ClickHouse) and SQL Familiarity with time series analysis and related data modeling Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Benefits Why Join Us?
