This role plays a key part in ensuring products are accurately filled, labeled, packaged, and prepared for distribution. Shift- 2nd Pay-15.00hr Temp to Hire- 90 Days Key Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor assembly line machinery, fillers, cappers, and labeling equipment. • Hand-assemble components as needed to keep production flowing. • Inspect bottles, cans, labels, and packaging materials for defects or inconsistencies. • Perform quality checks to ensure correct fill levels, seals, and product appearance. • Pack finished goods into cases, stack onto pallets, and prepare for shipment. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and 5S standards. • Meet hourly production goals in a high-speed manufacturing environment. • Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE requirements when working with chemicals. • Communicate any equipment issues, jams, or material shortages to line leads or supervisors. • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs for the duration of the shift. • Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset. • Must be comfortable working in a production environment with consistent movement and repetitive tasks.

This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. • Prepare and process outgoing orders, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. • Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory. • Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy. • Operate RF scanners and other material handling equipment as needed. • Utilize computer systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting. • Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requirements: • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred. • Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, and RF scanners. • Proficient with computers for data entry and tracking purposes. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift. • Must be dependable and able to work the full shift Sunday through Thursday.
