Job Requirements: • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills • Effective organizational and proactive problem-solving skills • Confidence in working in an environment of complexity and ambiguity • Highly motivated self-starter • Ability to work as a team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as well as independently to deliver results • Demonstrated leadership in the community and/or professional organizations • A degree is preferred but not required (most commonly considered degrees: public relations, communications, economics, marketing, management, business, entrepreneurship) Primary Junior Sales Representative Responsibilities: • Work cross-functionally within Sky Inc and our clients to communicate effectively and positively impact the customer's experience • Create relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs • Meet and engage with our customers in-person • Conduct sales presentations to new and existing customers Junior Sales Representative Qualifications: • 0-5 years previous experience working with customers or a team • Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required • Leadership experience • Great communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team or individually • Motivated with an impeccable work ethic Founded in 2007, expanding into 15 locations, companies hire us because we produce efficient, widespread, and tangible results while maintaining the strictest standards of integrity.
