Roles and Responsibilities • The W2 Clinician Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting physicians, NPs, PAs and licensed clinicians in multiple locations • The recruiter plays a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities and regularly interacts with both active and passive candidates • Partner with key stakeholders such as organization leadership, stakeholders, human resources, marketing, operations, compliance, and others to streamline implementation and process improvement • Source healthcare clinicians, contact information and convert leads into working physicians, NPs, PAs and other licensed clinicians as required. • Make outbound cold calls and outreach to passive job seeking clinicians and develop prospective business by building relationships, persuading and influencing them to consider Signify Health and nurturing long-term relationships • Serve as a subject matter expert on W2 clinician employment, effectively communicating the organization's value proposition and addressing sophisticated inquiries from physician, NP, and PA candidates regarding contract terms, compensation, and benefits. • Have a strong grasp of the competitive landscape for clinical talent, with the ability to articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition for W2 opportunities in a candidate-driven market. • Build relationships with local training programs to establish hiring pipelines • Leverage resume databases, job boards and publications to engage active job seekers • Work with the compensation team to ensure competitive salaries and negotiate offers and employment agreements • Attend nationwide specialty-specific conferences to gather clinicians leads • Screen, qualify and determine viability of clinicians • Organize itineraries and facilitate interviews as needed • Partner with internal colleagues and hiring managers on full cycle candidate recruitment experience • Build an active pipeline, and continually identify and develop new healthcare clinician prospects • Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process and act as a subject matter expert while taking a consultative approach with clinicians • Achieve quarterly targets as determined by the approved business plan and document activity in designated ATS/CRM Basic Qualifications • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare recruiting environment, clinician recruitment experience preferred • Deep understanding of the unique motivations, career paths, and decision-making drivers of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants within various specialties and practice settings • Intrinsically motivated and able to persevere through tough markets and changing landscapes • Proven ability to establish credibility and build trusting relationships with a sophisticated clinical audience, demonstrating strong clinical literacy and the ability to engage in nuanced conversations about their professional needs and aspirations • Demonstrable experience navigating the intricacies of clinician compensation structures (e.g., salary benchmarks, RVU models, bonus incentives, loan repayment options), benefits packages, and employment agreements, specifically tailored to W2 arrangements • Thorough knowledge of clinician licensing requirements, board certification processes, and credentialing timelines across different states, and the ability to guide candidates through these effectively • Resilience and a track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced clinician recruitment environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive market Preferred Qualifications • Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) credential, or equivalent (e.g., FASPR, CMSR), is highly desirable • Clinician Recruitment experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $60,300.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Requisition Job Description The Lead Director, Sales will work in conjunction with the VP Client Success, SVP Client Growth and Success and other company executives to promote and sell the services of Signify to its existing and growing customer and prospect base. The Lead Director, Sales will be responsible for generating new leads with our existing customer base, presenting the company’s services to prospective clients, addressing prospect questions, negotiating contracts within parameters set by company leadership and closing deals. This position will be expected to travel to client/prospect sites as well as industry events throughout the year. This role will report to our VP, Client Success. This role is remote in any state. What will you do? • Develop immediate and practical experience in securing new sales and vetting new approaches in the health services market specifically for technology related products which Signify offers health plan clients. • Implement strategic sales and retention activities • Provide regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team, VP, Client Growth and SVP Client Growth and Success • Identify new sales approaches to improve the prospect assimilation process • Create presentations to provide client specific clinical and operational outcomes, ROI, new company offerings and the overall value proposition of engaging in health risk assessment solutions • Research and analyze environmental and competitive conditions, customer needs, and market trends. • Strategize to capitalize on market opportunities and ensure strategic sales plans complement market place needs • Immediately upon hire, quickly develop strong relationships with clients/customers, trade professionals, and external contacts and engage Signify C-Suite with these key contacts • Ensure sales plans, goals, and policies are consistent with Company-wide new client and revenue goals • Operate independently in the field with respects to Prospecting and Qualification of new business • Knowledge of competitive landscape and product offerings and pricing in the Risk Adjustment marketplace • Ensure existing clients/customers are serviced in accordance with Company standards and policies • Ensure all existing and prospective clients/customers are exposed to ALL product offerings of Signify Health • Research and evaluate current and potential markets for sales opportunities • Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with Company internal departments and teams • Identify and attend industry trade shows, professional meetings and seminars as needed • Keep up-to-date on industry, market, product, and technology trends and provide regular updates to the management team for possible product / service development • Assume other duties/responsibilities as assigned We Are Looking For Someone With • 5-7 years experience prospecting new business accounts and selling Risk Adjustment related services and/or software products in a hunter sales role directly to health plans • Minimum five years experience selling large healthcare clients in the healthcare Payer market is required. Medicare Advantage, Commercial and/or Medicaid and 5+ years experience preferred • Extensive experience calling on and selling to C-suite level healthcare executives and critical business users of our products • Proven track record closing deals with large/medium health plans AND direct sales into provider groups across the country. • Excellent understanding of market penetration strategies, market development techniques, and market segmentation strategies • Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment and perform multiple roles and functions • Strong organizational and quality management skills with ability to handle multiple, competing tasks and priorities • Experience maintaining a sales pipeline through Salesforce • Ability to travel up to 40% Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $105,000.00 - $231,132.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
