This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, procurement, and distribution of critical operational assets while driving cost management and process improvement. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, oversee performance management and training, and implement best practices in demand planning, financial controls, and lifecycle management. Additionally, they will optimize inventory strategies, mitigate risks, and enhance logistics operations through strategic sourcing and supply chain partnerships. This position is best suited for a highly analytical and results-driven leader with expertise in equipment planning, supply chain optimization, and financial oversight within a fast-paced operational environment. Qualifications Minimum Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in equipment planning, inventory management, or logistics operations. • Proven expertise in demand forecasting, cost management, and supply chain optimization.
