Drive sales through warm calling, build customer relationships, provide customer service, and maintain sales records. | At least 1 year of sales and B2B sales experience, high school diploma, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in a fast-paced office. | Overview As a Sales Representative, in this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our financial services through warm calling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion sales and help customers find the right solutions. Responsibilities • Perform warm calling to potential clients with a generated list. Training provided. • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies. • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Experience • Previous experience in sales or B2B sales. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. This position is a high volume fast paced office with uncapped commission and bonuses.
