Leading customer support teams, designing processes, and driving operational efficiency. | Extensive customer support management experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with SaaS tools, but lacking industry-specific sales and engineering background. | Job Description: • Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary contact. • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to foster growth, retention, and deeper penetration. • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts, leading to increased revenue. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to deliver solutions and meet client needs. • Lead complex sales cycles, negotiate large multi-year agreements, and manage legal/business risks. • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management. • Proactively address complex client issues and ensure timely resolution. • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering • Experience selling electrical/power distribution or engineering services or products or related • Experience from or selling directly to ABB, Hitachi, Siemens or GE Vernova • Ability to lead teams and influence decisions without direct authority. • Strong ability to see the big picture and develop long-term plans. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, especially with senior executives. • Proven track record in technical aptitude, strategy, and negotiation. • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation tools.
