Support and execute customer experience initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, manage CX projects, and collaborate across departments. | 3+ years in customer service, marketing operations, or related fields, with strong project management, communication, and data interpretation skills, and familiarity with CX principles and tools. | The Customer Experience Specialist supports the development and execution of initiatives designed to enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey for organizers and exhibitors. This role collaborates closely with the VP of Marketing and Customer Experience to implement customer experience (CX) strategies, coordinate projects, and ensure alignment with company‑wide CX priorities. The Specialist focuses on operationalizing CX programs, driving customer engagement, and delivering measurable improvements across key touchpoints. Key Contributions of the Role Execute customer experience initiatives that improve organizer and exhibitor satisfaction and loyalty. Manage CX-related projects, including surveys, feedback programs, and communication plans. Support the development and rollout of standardized processes and resources for customer-facing teams. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Exhibitor Services, Operations, and Business Solutions) to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery. Monitor and report on CX KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Assist in the implementation of digital tools and platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud) to enhance customer engagement. Coordinate content and communication for customer experience programs, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams on CX-related initiatives. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on customer feedback and data analysis. 3+ years of experience in customer service, marketing operations, or a related role. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence without direct authority. Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and applying insights to improve processes. Familiarity with customer experience principles and tools; experience with survey platforms and CRM systems preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. The Graphic Designer will produce and design print graphics for trade shows and specialty events while adhering to design layout guidelines and quality control measures. Collaboration with team members is essential to align design work with client requirements and maintain design integrity. | A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is required, along with demonstrated experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office is necessary, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. | The Graphic Designer will produce and design print graphics for trade shows and specialty events. Hours are based on the current workload available. Essential Job Duties Adhere to design layout guidelines, maintain attention to detail, and perform thorough proofreading while working independently. Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to company graphic and structural standards. Collaborate effectively with team members to align design work with client requirements. Demonstrate understanding of oversized print production processes to uphold design integrity, color precision, and image quality. Work with various file formats, including Vector, PDF, and Raster, to prepare files for the print production team, ensuring compatibility with digital printers. Consistently ensure design integrity, color accuracy, and high image quality in all deliverables. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field; equivalent experience may be exchanged for formal education. Demonstrated experience in Graphic Design required. Required experience with the following 2D software programs: Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and WebEx Windows-based design environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings. Ability to work well under pressure and manage demanding situations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines; availability for night and weekend work may be required.
