Learn more: servpro.com/locations/mi/servpro-of-saginaw-bay-city/about Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reconstruction projects • Evaluate job scope, educate clients, and sell project solutions • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation • Coordinate and onboard subcontractors and resource providers • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and internal teams • Review and negotiate scopes and estimates using Xactimate • Ensure all required permits are secured and compliance is met • Uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and exceptional customer service Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in reconstruction or restoration project management • Strong understanding of insurance claims and construction lifecycle • Proficient with Xactimate and skilled in writing detailed scopes • Experience managing subcontractors and vendors • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills • High school diploma or GED required • IICRC certifications are a plus • Valid driver’s license required • Background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws • Must have valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screening Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • 401(k) with Matching Contributions • Paid Time Off & Holidays • Commission & Bonus Programs • Paid Training & IICRC Certifications • Uniforms & Safety Equipment Provided • Tech Package (Tablet/Smartphone) • Referral Bonus & Employee Recognition Programs • Company Events & Team-Building Activities Schedule • Full-Time, Monday–Friday • Some travel required for project oversight; per diem provided for travel-related assignments.
