We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Implementation & Training Coordinator in our Home office, Orlando FL. This position supports the Director of Implementation and Training by coordinating and reinforcing learning, training, onboarding, and implementation initiatives across the Client Accounting organization. This role partners with department leaders to promote accounting best practices, support software and process implementations, maintain training resources, monitor training effectiveness, and assist with continuous improvement efforts. The Senior Coordinator helps ensure team members have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to deliver consistent, high-quality accounting services and exceptional customer experiences while fostering employee development, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with the organization's mission, service standards, and strategic goals. Responsibilities Include • Support the Director of Implementation and Training in maintaining high standards of accounting operations, process integrity, internal controls, and service excellence across the Client Accounting organization. • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, training, implementation, and change management initiatives that support employee development, operational effectiveness, client retention, and organizational growth. • Provide day-to-day guidance and operational support to Client Accounting team members on processes, systems, best practices, and workflow improvements. • Collaborate with department leaders to communicate training initiatives, assess learning needs, gather feedback, address challenges, and support the achievement of departmental objectives. • Monitor training progress, implementation milestones, and operational effectiveness, providing regular updates, recommendations, and resource needs to the Director. • Drive adoption of best practices, software, and technology solutions by coordinating training, maintaining documentation, and supporting successful implementation and change management efforts. • Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental goals, strategic initiatives, and organizational success.
