This role blends strategic planning, process optimization, agile transformation, and people management to enable high-velocity delivery of high-quality, data-driven products in a fast-moving ad-tech environment. Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Operating Cadence & Strategy: Owns the portfolio planning process, road mapping, and execution workflows for product and engineering teams, including sprints, retrospectives, and demo processes. • Process Optimization & Automation: Identifies, designs, and implements scalable workflows to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and enhance the quality of product delivery with an automation mindset. • Agile Transformation: Champion scrum and scaled agile practices for 80+ scrum teams. Conduct maturity assessments, coaching programs and monitor progress through measurable KPIs. • Data & Analytics: Build dashboards, KPI frameworks, and predictive models that drive product & engineering decisions. • Tooling & Governance: Manages the operational tech stack, ensuring consistent tooling adoption (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and maintaining data accuracy and governance. • Cross-functional Alignment: Facilitates communication between Product, Engineering org, Sales, Commercialization, Business operations and Support to ensure alignment on product launches and goals. • Cross Site Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all cross-site operational initiatives. Manage cross site (US, Poland, India, Suwon) operational team to standardize best practices and foster collaboration. • People & Culture: Build and lead a world-class product development operations team (people, tools, and culture). Skills and Qualifications Minimum Requirements Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. Experience • 12 + years in product/engineering operations or program management leadership roles with 5+ years of experience delivering complex software development projects in global environment • Experience in ad-tech space (DSP, SSP, data processing, programmatic) is a plus Leadership • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and enterprise-wide process change. • Proven track record scaling agile teams from 5 to 30+ value streams. Strategic Thinking • Ability to turn high-level business strategy into operational models and actionable plans. • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment. People Management • Proven experience managing a high-performance operations team. • Track record in recruiting, coaching, performance reviews, and career development. Technical Skills • Expertise in AI/GenAI technologies and their application in product and engineering environments. • Deep familiarity with agile tooling (Jira, DevOps), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Data-analysis skills (SQL, Python/R, Looker). Communication & Change Management • Excellent organizational skills to bring clarity to complex projects and cross-team dependencies. • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. • Proven Change Management Mastery with ability to lead transformation projects with measurable KPIs. Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Mountain View, CA is expected to be between $[220,000] and $[240,000]. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. This role will be 5 days a week in office. Role and Responsibilities The Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal counseling and investigation support to all Samsung Electronics America (SEA) and North America Headquarters (NAHQ) divisions on areas of employment and labor law compliance, including equal opportunity laws, leave and accommodation laws, wage and hour laws, pay equity, labor law, benefits law, and internal policy development and training. This position will also handle threatened litigation and negotiation with opposing counsel; agency administrative charges of discrimination; and supervision of litigation and arbitrations. Responsibilities: • Investigate, respond to and mediate agency matters (EEOC, state divisions of civil rights, Department of Labor). Investigate, respond to and negotiate pre-litigation claims. Handle employee litigation and arbitrations. • Review and update employee handbook and policies for SEA and subsidiaries/affiliates. • Review and revise executive offer letters, agreements and incentive plans. • Review and revise commercial contracts to address employment law matters. • Oversee investigations of employee complaints. • Provide counseling to Human Resources and subsidiaries/affiliates on employee performance improvement, discipline and terminations. • Provide counseling regarding wage and hour exemptions and compliance with FLSA and comparable state and local laws. • Provide counseling regarding employee accommodations and obligations under disability laws. • Provide counseling regarding FMLA compliance, leaves of absence and paid sick leave. • Provide counseling on pay equity laws and reviews. • Provide counseling on employment law issues and reporting obligations for purposes of compliance and audit. • Prepare and conduct training for Human Resources and other internal clients on employment law trends and issues and best practices for mitigating legal risk.
