THE ROLE Dallas is a key growth market for SalesFirst, and we're hiring a Recruiter to help expand our presence in North Texas. You'll start in a half-desk recruiting role, focused on sourcing, engaging, and advising sales professionals. As you ramp, the role expands into full-desk recruiting, where you'll run searches, manage client relationships, and own the hiring process from first interview through offer. This is a structured, feedback-driven, and performance-oriented environment with clear expectations and room to grow. As a leading provider of advanced uniform and mat service programs and solutions, you will be responsible for driving new business development by prospecting, qualifying, and securing new customer accounts. This is a field-based role with a blend of remote work and occasional in-office presence (1-2 times per week) to maximize productivity and customer engagement. Responsibilities - New Business Development: Actively prospect, qualify, and acquire new customers across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, healthcare, and commercial services. - Lead Generation & Networking: Leverage targeted marketing campaigns, inside sales support, and your professional network (e.g., LinkedIn) to connect with potential clients and secure meetings. - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets within your regional territory. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term business partnerships. - Service Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to facilitate smooth transitions for new customers and support sales administration tasks such as reporting and planning.
