Responsibilities · Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. · Manage project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. · Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, software development, manufacturing, and operations. · Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve roadblocks. · Create and maintain Jira dashboards, sprint boards, burndown charts, and project metrics. · Manage project budgets, funding requests, forecasts, and resource allocation. · Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, timing plans, and issue logs. · Support Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL), Technology Readiness Level (TRL), and Integration Readiness Level (IRL) planning and milestone tracking. · Work closely with engineering leads to ensure project milestones are completed on time and escalate issues when necessary. · Coordinate pilot installations, training activities, and maintain training records for engineering and production teams.
