What you will be working on, and the experience and knowledge we need from you: • Lead paid social investment across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, etc.) • Manage a small team of planners and buyers, providing guidance on best practices. • Oversee campaign strategy, tactical planning, trafficking, pacing, and optimizations. • Partner with Analytics, Strategy, and Creative teams to deliver integrated client recommendations. • Maintain strong relationships with platform partners and keep clients informed of industry updates and beta opportunities. • Serve as the primary client contact for paid social, providing status updates, reporting, and optimization insights. • Ensure billing accuracy, budget tracking, and reconciliation.
