A proactive mindset and attention to detail are essential, while prior experience in financial planning is preferred but not required. | About the Role: Root Financial is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to begin or expand their knowledge of finance while playing a critical operational role, supporting both clients and colleagues with service-related requests. As a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll support the entire firm’s client base, assisting in key tasks that help ensure efficient operations and excellent service. While you won’t be directly client-facing initially, you’ll gain valuable experience working on account applications, service-related requests, and supporting senior team members. This role is designed as a 9-month program to help you transition into a Client Service Associate (CSA) position. After the initial period, you’ll be well-versed in Root’s systems and processes, ready to take on direct client interaction and more complex responsibilities within your advisory team. Key Responsibilities: Process HubSpot tickets in line with established workflows and SLAs Prepare and assist with account applications, beneficiary updates, address changes, and other tasks Collaborate with CSAs to ensure the readiness of paperwork Contribute to team capacity during coverage periods (e.g., during CSA PTO) Execute approved client-facing tasks and independently complete forms during final development phase (after sign-off from a CSA Lead or Manager) Maintain a positive, eager-to-learn attitude while honing skills for future advancement Success Metrics: Accuracy of submitted forms and documentation Timeliness and throughput of HubSpot ticket resolution Contribution to team capacity during coverage periods Readiness for promotion to the CSA role as assessed through milestones and feedback What We’re Looking For: Strong desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment A positive attitude and passion for developing professionally in the finance industry Prior experience in the financial planning industry (preferred, but not required) What You Get: Competitive pay, with a base starting at $72k and 10% Bonus Eligibility 5% 401(k) match Health insurance, vision, dental, long-term disability, and life insurance Completely remote work and flexible schedules Unlimited PTO policy Parental leave Root Reset Days: Take the last Friday of every month off to recharge Lifestyle Spending Account for wellness and other benefits Why Root Financial? A technological savvy nature and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. | About the role: Root is looking for a talented, logistics and process-focused Production Coordinator to support the end-to-end production process for our Social Media and content efforts. You will work hand-in-hand with our content creators and Social Media Specialist to produce all content needs for social media, marketing, and rootfinancialpartners.com. In short, you make sure all the moving parts of the pre and post production process come together on time, on task, and on target! This role sits on the Brand Team that is accountable for all things Brand, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Employer Brand, and People Operations. The Nitty Gritty: Keep track of all content production schedules across Root's content creators and social media channels. Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to ensure content is being produced and delivered accurately and efficiently including: Marketing Compliance Growth / Sales External Editors / Vendors Social Build, own, and update the content production process across all channels in Monday.com and HubSpot.com Work with Sales/Growth to make small copy and image updates on rootfinancialparterns.com hosted on webflow Pull monthly performance reports in HubSpot Ensure the right process is being adhered to at each gate in a timely manner including: Shooting Editing Storage (Google Drive) Compliance Approval Delivery Posting Work hand in hand with Root's Social Media Specialist and content creators on content ideation and execution. Coordinate budgets, timelines, logistics for video / photo shoots or any external production needs. Think strategically about the optimization of content production and the overall distribution of content across all channels and platforms.
