Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers submitting custom design requests • Coordinate with the internal art/design team to review and finalize mockups • Guide customers through design options, product selections, and approvals • Manage quotes, follow-ups, and order progression from start to finish • Track and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support systems • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process Qualifications • 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or client-facing support preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn • Experience with CRM or help desk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot) • Familiarity with e-commerce or order processing systems
