Analyze and support commercial real estate investment opportunities and asset management. | Requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling proficiency, and a bachelor's degree in finance or related field. | Real Estate Investment Analyst Roch Capital Real Estate Investment, the investment arm of Roch Capital Inc. (pronounced “Rock”) is looking for an Investment Analyst to join its team. The team is continuing to build a broad commercial real estate portfolio, currently with a focus on hospitality. This position reports to the Glen Mills, PA headquarters Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. The Real Estate Analyst will provide analysis and support, including research of data and manipulation of data, in order to analyze potential commercial real estate investment/acquisition opportunities that match portfolio goals. Once assets are under management, the candidate will assist with the ongoing analysis of the operations and performance of the existing portfolio of properties. The role will have the opportunity for growth as the team continues to build the overall commercial real estate platform of the Company. Investment Analyst Responsibilities • Underwrite real estate investment opportunities through financial modelling to calculate potential investment returns on a deal level basis. • Correspond with brokers, operating partners, and other sources to obtain information and diligence materials to effectively underwrite deals. • Update pipeline materials for Roch’s weekly pipeline meetings. • Support the transaction process during due diligence and assist in the coordination efforts between internal and external parties. • Work on a variety of asset management functions, including but not limited to asset valuations, refinancings, dispositions, ROI analyses, and hold-sell analyses. • Work directly with Asset Managers and property-level teams to produce internal reports summarizing operating performance and key metrics. • Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of analytic responsibilities. Requirements • Strong analytical skills • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • A well-organized individual capable of multi-tasking and meeting multiple deadlines on their own in a deadline driven environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with financial modelling • Understanding of real estate finance concepts • Commercial real estate experience a plus but not required • Hotel experience a plus but not required • Experience with Argus software a plus but not required Education and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Hospitality specialization preferable. Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or another business-related field also acceptable. • MBA a plus but not required

The Intern will be responsible for learning and executing functional tasks using knowledge obtained from each of the operational areas in a Financial Services environment. The ideal candidate must be a good communicator, professional and be able to work within a team, as well as independently. During the internship, the Intern will obtain the necessary skills and competencies to effectively perform a variety of financial support functions and will be considered for opportunities within the organization based on the Intern's demonstrated skills and abilities, as well as business needs. Full-time Summer availability The Accounting Intern will: • Assist in performing accounting duties related to investment entities owned (GJEs, GL reconciliations, financial reporting, performance analysis, AR invoicing, AP processing, etc.), utilizing Microsoft Dynamics, Archway ATWeb and Yardi property management software. • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, as well as cash flow analyses. • Assist in preparing balance sheet account reconciliations. • Assist in Federal and State income tax return support preparation. • Perform ad-hoc analyses and prepare related reports, as required. • Demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Develop comprehension of GAAP application and investment/RE/lending industries specialized accounting/reporting. Required Qualifications: • Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Business/Finance with an Accounting minor, from an accredited college or university. • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred. • Must have the ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships. • Must be available to regularly work a 40 hour work week.
