Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join the Food Procurement team.  Position Overview: This position is accountable for category leadership to drive breakthrough results in innovation, quality, service, risk reduction, and cost across a variety of food products supporting Yum! Brands (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, Habit Burger) and A&W. This will require developing a vision for each category and influencing suppliers around investment, capacity allocation, cost management, and innovation. Develop strategic       relationships with key Brand contacts establishing accountability for the category. Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Procurement Analytics Manager to join the Food and Packaging Procurement Teams in Louisville, KY.    Overview of the Position: This position uses analytics to support Food & Packaging procurement and supply chain initiatives for YUM! Brands (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Habit Burger) and A&W.  This position will work collaboratively with the RSCS Procurement, Program Management, Business Technology and Finance teams using data analytics to formulate business decisions and solutions that create value for RSCS members.   As a member of the Procurement team, the position will have dual primary responsibilities; 1) daily administration of key procurement systems and processes, and 2) analytical support to enable the development and execution of category sourcing strategies and supply chain initiatives for all YUM! Brands concepts; Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Habit Burger Grill, and for A&W.    Specifically, with direction, the individual in the role will be responsible for conducting spend analytics, historical commodity price analysis and forecasting, category market research, managing sourcing events and optimization of the supply base. The Asset Procurement Manager is a crucial member of the Development and Equipment Solutions (DES) procurement team, reporting to the Senior Director, Equipment, Asset, and Technology Procurement. This role oversees the procurement and management of assigned categories, which currently include Lighting, Switchgear, Facilities, Artwork, and Uniforms.  Key responsibilities encompass strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, supply and contingency planning, Restaurant Margin Improvement (RMI), innovation, market intelligence, program and project management, and strategy development. The position will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for assigned categories to support the network of restaurants under Yum! Brands (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Habit Burger & Grill) and A&W. The system includes over 18,000 restaurants and approximately 1,000 franchisees.
