You’ll lead a team of drivers, dispatchers, and fleet manager to optimize routes, and ensure every package is delivered with precision and care. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the success of the DSP business. You will oversee daily delivery operations, ensuring on-time performance and adherence to Amazon’s safety and quality standards. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Associates and shift leads to achieve performance goals. Monitor key metrics such as delivery rate, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction, and implement process improvements. Manage scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency. Partner with Amazon logistics teams to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
