WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RECEPTIONIST • Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails. • Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process. • Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks. • Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties. • Greet residents and visitors and provides the highest standard of customer service to residents and applicants • Schedule appointments, complete follow-up on service requests • File documents, reports and maintain filing systems as requeste • Provide general administrative support to office • Miscellaneous tasks and projects, as assigned COMPENSATION • $17 - $18 / hour • with an annual bonus that is tied to performance This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Administer and maintain Procore and Textura systems, manage integrations, ensure governance and compliance, support reporting and user training, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes. | Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 3-5 years Procore or similar software administration experience, construction workflow knowledge, integration management, strong communication and analytical skills, with preferred certifications and data visualization experience. | Responsibilities The CMS Systems Analyst/Specialist will serve as the primary owner and administrator of Related’s Procore platform, ensuring efficient configuration, governance, and adoption across business units. This individual will also assist with supporting Related’s Textura payment management system. This position will manage daily operations, system integration, and user enablement under the leadership of the Director and Vice President. This role will work closely with the Construction Management Services team as well as collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Accounting and Development teams. This position is full-time fully remote but may require periodic travel to Related’s offices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Administer and maintain the Procore platform, including user management, permissions, project templates, and tool configurations. • Assist with administration of the Textura payment management system, including user management and project setups. • Oversee governance of system structure, ensuring standardization across divisions and adherence to company protocols. • Manage integrations between Procore and other enterprise systems (ERP, Box, DocuSign, etc.), ensuring data consistency and accuracy. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with Procore support or internal IT teams to resolve technical challenges. • Develop and maintain internal documentation and training materials for users, including best practices, onboarding guides, and process updates. • Support reporting and analytics by developing and maintaining Procore dashboards and custom reports. • Ensure compliance with corporate security, data governance, and access control policies through regular audits and reviews. • Collaborate with Construction, Development, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Evaluate and implement new Procore features or updates, communicating impacts and benefits to key stakeholders. • Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to promote efficient system utilization and adherence to standards. Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated base salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
