About the Role We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to lead enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through go-live and value realization. This person will own the full implementation lifecycle — building structured rollout plans, defining scope, creating implementation blueprints, managing timelines, and ensuring the platform is configured to meet each client’s regulatory and reporting requirements. You’ll be the primary point of contact during implementation, working closely with compliance, legal, and IT stakeholders on the customer side, while partnering with Product and Engineering internally. This role requires strong project leadership and the ability to translate complex regulatory needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
