Lead marketing initiatives through data-driven project planning and collaboration with creative and management teams. | Bachelor's degree with 4+ years marketing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and digital marketing/project management platforms. | Position Summary:   1. Serves as project leader for cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive membership growth and retention. 2. Organizes work teams to accomplish project work, including identification and confirmation of participants, establishment of project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, recommendation documentation and implantation oversight. 3. Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, and skills in order to execute initiatives. Investigates and validates improvement opportunities. 4. Supports established committees by organizing and publishing agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining work plans, performing follow up, preparing, and publishing reports. 5. Monitors status of all assigned projects/accounts and adheres to deadlines. 6. Builds and oversees distribution of all types of communications related to projects including advertising, PR, collateral, digital media, giveaways, etc. 7. Supports the project work by utilizing project management software. 8. Collaborates with other Project Managers, Traffic, Creative, Senior Management, Health Educators, and Community Engagement as needed. 9. Prepares communications and presentations to all levels of the organization. 10. Assists in building process improvements and project management skills for the team. 11. Presents status of projects and recommendations/resolutions in strategy meetings. 12. Provides other related support as needed to improve the performance of the business – which is an inherent part of job description (role can fluctuate according to department need). The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,304 - $75,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.   The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.   Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.   If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.     As one of the fastest growing Independent Physician Associations in Southern California, Regal Medical Group, Lakeside Community Healthcare & Affiliated Doctors of Orange County, offers a fast-paced, exciting, welcoming and supportive work environment. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for effectively developing and executing well organized work plans that meet business objectives and deliverable deadlines and manage multiple priorities while fostering an environment of collaboration and coordination. Responsible for evaluating, coordinating and executing activities related to communications projects and processes, executes contracts and manages vendor relationships.       Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:   1. Serves as project leader for large-scale, executive-sponsored, cross-functional initiatives that drive membership growth and retention, brand awareness, operational efficiency, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. 2. Designs, develops, and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, lead generation, digital engagement, operational KPIs, and business outcomes; ensures data integrity and actionable insights. 5. Analyzes website, digital marketing, social media, email, and lead generation performance data; provides executive-level reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and return on investment. 6. Leads the planning, governance, execution, and monitoring of complex marketing and corporate initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and successful project delivery. 7. Develops, coordinates, and maintains marketing content, presentations, collateral, and communications materials across multiple channels and audiences. 8. Partners with internal clients and business leaders to develop and execute provider growth, retention, member engagement, and community outreach initiatives. 9. Creates and manages comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for large-scale member, community, broker, and corporate events, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes. 10. Coordinates executive-level meetings, communications, presentations, and related materials; documents, maintains, and distributes meeting outcomes and action items in accordance with organizational standards. 11. Provides strategic marketing consultation and project leadership to departments seeking to promote services, programs, and organizational initiatives. 12. Collaborates with production, creative, digital, and external vendor partners to ensure timely development, delivery, and quality control of marketing materials and campaigns. 13. Supports public relations, community engagement, and brand awareness efforts through participation in key organizational and community events. 14. Represents the Marketing department in cross-functional meetings, committees, and organizational workgroups, providing subject matter expertise and strategic input. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with experience developing dashboards, KPI scorecards, executive reporting, and data-driven recommendations using marketing, website, CRM, social media, and business intelligence data. 9. Ability to interpret business, market, and technical information and translate findings into actionable strategies and solutions. 10. Proven ability to manage confidential information and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. 11. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills. 12. Proven track record of developing, executing, and measuring successful multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns. 13. Hands-on experience developing marketing collateral, presentations, digital content, and other communications materials. 14. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. 15. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence and data visualization platforms preferred. 16. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
