About the Role: The Manager of Data Services is responsible for driving strategic and operational excellence across all data quality initiatives within the InterAction division. This role oversees the Data Quality Services team and ensures the delivery of high-impact, client-focused data quality programs. In addition, the role emphasizes business development, advanced marketing strategies, and the integration of CRM systems—particularly within the legal sector—to drive growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in data management while leveraging deep industry knowledge. Responsibilities: • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy that aligns with business objectives and client needs. • Provide visionary leadership to the Data Quality Services team, setting clear objectives, and promoting cross-functional collaboration that integrates CRM, business development, and marketing perspectives. • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the InterAction Data Quality Services team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data quality programs. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including legal professionals, to optimize resource allocation and deliver exceptional client outcomes. • Data Quality Framework & Best Practices: Develop, implement, and monitor data quality standards, policies, and best practices ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Oversee the effective deployment and use of state-of-the-art data quality tools and technologies, adapting strategies based on performance insights. • Client Engagement & Service Delivery: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on data quality initiatives, ensuring their requirements are thoroughly understood and met. • Facilitate engaging client workshops, training sessions, and briefings to share progress, insights, and strategic recommendations. • Business Development & Marketing: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the legal sector and legal technology to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Develop proposals, marketing materials, and presentations that articulate the value of our data quality services, generative AI capabilities, and CRM integration to prospective clients. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design campaigns aimed at expanding our footprint within the legal sector and other target markets. • Adoption of Generative AI Tools: Champion the adoption of generative AI tools and technologies within the team to enhance data quality processes and drive innovation. • Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions to automate data profiling, cleansing, and validation, ensuring continuous improvement in data management practices. • Process Improvement & Governance: Design and manage robust data quality assurance processes, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and remediation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to data governance practices and maintain an elevated standard of data integrity across all projects. • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop comprehensive metrics and dashboards to monitor trends, assess service efficacy, and inform strategic decisions. • Provide regular, actionable reports to senior leadership and clients, outlining key performance indicators and opportunities for enhancement. • Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management, with an emphasis on legal sector dynamics, CRM integration, and marketing strategies. • Foster an innovation-driven environment by continuously identifying process and technology improvements. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • A minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or a related field. • Proven experience in leading data quality or data services teams, ideally with exposure to the legal sector, CRM systems, and business development initiatives. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with data quality tools, data integration solutions, and business intelligence (BI) platforms. • Strong command of SQL and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus, particularly in the context of AI and automation. • Experience with CRM systems and their application in business development and marketing is highly desirable. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights. • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable process enhancements that improve service delivery. • Business Development, Marketing & Communication: Strong business acumen with experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, particularly within the legal sector. • A demonstrated track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts and business proposals to diverse audiences. Responsibilities Metrics-Based Decision Focus Pricing Optimization: Analyze price elasticity, deal conversion rates, and discounting trends to establish benchmarks and improve by 10%. Pipeline Efficiency: Measure sales velocity (opportunity-to-close time), conversion ratios by stage, and lead-source ROI to improve forecast accuracy to within ±5%. Customer Health Review customer usage and pull manual reports to develop and track customer health scores using metrics like renewal rates, NPS, and product usage trends to support 98% renewal rate. Transform this data into customer-specific/facing presentations through report pulling, data analysis, and design/formatting. Cross-functional Alignment Provide weekly dashboards to sales, finance, and customer success, ensuring pricing and retention strategies are aligned and measurable. Sales Performance Metrics Track quota attainment, conversion rates, average deal size, and rep productivity metrics to identify trends and coaching opportunities. PSO sales lead submission and reporting in Salesforce (for Services and Education teams) Requirements: Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field.
