Design and implement AI-powered automation and integrations to improve GTM customer operations and scale workflows. | 1-2 years experience in operations or automation roles, hands-on AI tool usage, no-code automation skills, strong problem-solving, and communication abilities. | Who we are We're Redis. We built the product that runs the fast apps our world runs on. (If you checked the weather, used your credit card, or looked at your flight status online today, you're welcome.) At Redis, you'll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you're building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers. We're creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in? We are seeking a GTM Operations Automation Analyst to help operationalize AI and automation across the GTM Customer Organization. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI, integrations, and business operations, where you'll help our teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You'll partner with stakeholders across Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Solution Architecture, and Operations to uncover problems, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact. In this high impact role, your focus will be on building the systems, automations, and workflows that empower customer-facing teams to scale. What You'll Do • Collaborate with GTM teams to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI and automation across the Customer Organization. • Design, build, and scale integrations between GTM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight, etc.) and AI-powered services. • Develop automation pipelines and data flows that enable proactive customer engagement and operational efficiency. • Explore APIs, SDKs, and emerging AI tools to test new ways of accelerating GTM execution. • Partner with operations and systems teams to ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and scalable. • Operate with autonomy — owning projects from problem discovery through solution delivery. What We're Looking ForMust-Haves • 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, automation, or integrations roles (including internships or project-based work). • Demonstrated use of no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier, Clay, or n8n. • Hands-on experience applying AI tools, APIs, or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Glean, AI workflow automation) to real-world problems — must be able to describe concrete examples. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to take ambiguous problems and design structured solutions. • Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders. • Thrives in a small, high-growth, high-ownership environment. Preferred • Ability to write production or prototype-level code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight, or other GTM/customer success platforms. • Experience working in or supporting Customer Success, Support, or Professional Services teams. Why Join Redis? • Be at the forefront of bringing AI + automation into the GTM Customer Organization at a global scale. • Small team = high impact. Your work won't get lost in the noise — it will directly shape how Redis GTM operates. • Learn from senior engineers, operators, and AI practitioners while taking on real ownership early in your career. • Redis is scaling fast, which means there's enormous room for career growth and skill development. The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $76,952 – $120,545 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions.
