We're creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in? We are seeking a GTM Operations Automation Analyst to help operationalize AI and automation across the GTM Customer Organization. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI, integrations, and business operations, where you'll help our teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You'll partner with stakeholders across Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Solution Architecture, and Operations to uncover problems, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact. In this high impact role, your focus will be on building the systems, automations, and workflows that empower customer-facing teams to scale. What You'll Do • Collaborate with GTM teams to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI and automation across the Customer Organization. • Design, build, and scale integrations between GTM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight, etc.) and AI-powered services. • Develop automation pipelines and data flows that enable proactive customer engagement and operational efficiency. • Explore APIs, SDKs, and emerging AI tools to test new ways of accelerating GTM execution. • Partner with operations and systems teams to ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and scalable. • Operate with autonomy — owning projects from problem discovery through solution delivery. What We're Looking ForMust-Haves • 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, automation, or integrations roles (including internships or project-based work). • Demonstrated use of no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier, Clay, or n8n. • Hands-on experience applying AI tools, APIs, or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Glean, AI workflow automation) to real-world problems — must be able to describe concrete examples. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to take ambiguous problems and design structured solutions. • Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders. • Thrives in a small, high-growth, high-ownership environment. Preferred • Ability to write production or prototype-level code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight, or other GTM/customer success platforms. • Experience working in or supporting Customer Success, Support, or Professional Services teams. The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $76,952 – $120,545 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. What you'll do: • Manage professional services engagements by defining deliverables, timelines and reporting procedures, and driving projects to successful completion. • Own the success of your portfolio of customers, including project execution, retention, renewal and upsells. Ensure that customers fully leverage their Redis Enterprise subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis and derive maximum value from their investments. • Develop technical expertise with Redis, Redis Enterprise and Redis Stack and leverage that expertise to develop SOW proposals and guide technical discussions during consulting engagements. • Develop business strategies that enable customers to grow in deployment maturity and competence and successfully execute key database projects. • Develop deep relationships with customers. Travel to customer sites, trade shows and sales prospects as needed. • Use customer feedback and insights to improve product and technical materials, while providing feedback to Product Management and R&D teams. What will you need to have? • 5+ years of consulting and project or delivery management experience serving enterprise customers. • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, oral, written and listening capabilities. The ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts is vital. • Experience with new technology adoption, business transformation and change management. • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile Scrum certifications. • BS in Computer Science / B.A. or equivalent technical work experience. • Available to travel up to 40% of the time when conditions permit; the location is flexible, working from office or home, per sales team structure and management directives. Extra great if you have: • Previous experience with open-source solutions and/or NoSQL platform products is a plus. • Professional Services and/or Development Management experience is a big plus.
