Implement and configure GA4 tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager, maintain tracking plans, and ensure compliance with measurement best practices. | Proven hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation, ability to translate business KPIs into measurement schemas, and familiarity with cross-domain tracking and consent compliance. | Job Posting: Contract Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist (GA4 + GTM) Part-Time · Remote (U.S.) · 6-Week Contract · C2C basis RDA is seeking a contractor with strong hands-on experience in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation to support a short-term client engagement. This role is part-time (estimated 15–20 hours/week) for approximately 6 weeks, and is focused on executing a predefined measurement strategy. Work Authorization: This role is available to candidates who are authorized to work for any U.S. employer without the need for sponsorship. We are not able to engage with third-party vendors or staffing firms for this contract. Engagement Type: This is a direct corp-to-corp contract arrangement with individual contractors or incorporated entities who can work directly with us (no layers). We are not able to accommodate sponsorship, employer transfers, or vendor-supplied resources at this time. ✅ What You’ll Do - Implement and configure GA4 tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager - Create and maintain a structured tracking plan / data dictionary - Ensure event schema aligns with GA4 best practices (custom dimensions, parameters, user properties) - Support cross-domain and cross-property tracking strategies - Set up consent-aware measurement aligned with regulatory best practices (e.g., cookie compliance) - Configure GA4 properties to support ingestion of custom dimensions and accurate attribution 💡 What You Bring - Demonstrated experience implementing event tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4 - Ability to translate business KPIs into structured measurement schemas - Familiarity with configuring custom dimensions and user properties in GA4 - Strong understanding of cross-domain tracking and User ID strategy - Comfort working with predefined measurement plans 🧩 About RDA We’re an AI and strategy-led digital consultancy specializing in Digital Experience and eCommerce platforms.
