The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense), MicroStrategy, and SAP Business Objects • Gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions • Perform data modeling, data validation, and performance optimization • Develop semantic layers, universes, and metrics • Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms) • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and business teams Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with: • Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) • Qlik Sense / QlikView • MicroStrategy • SAP Business Objects (WebI, Universe Designer) • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases • Experience with ETL concepts and data warehousing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) • Knowledge of Python/R for analytics • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology • Industry experience in finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing Regards, Radiantze Inc
