What You’ll Do • Oversee residential remodeling projects from planning through completion. • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams to deliver on time and within budget. • Maintain close communication with clients, designers, and the production team. • Track job costs, timelines, materials, and documentation (permits, change orders, etc.). • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Pay & Schedule • $100,000–$125,000/year, depending on experience. • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Onsite, with local project travel as needed.
