Support the full deal lifecycle by working closely with seasoned Casualty producers on new business and renewal opportunities. Collaborate with producers to grow agency customer relationships and develop marketing skills. | Candidates should have 1-2 years of insurance experience and hold the necessary licenses for the lines of business managed. A consultative approach, ability to manage a heavy pipeline, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential. | What you’ll do Support the full deal lifecycle. You will work closely with 2 seasoned Casualty producers across both new business and renewal opportunities Leverage AI in practice. You will use and contribute to the development of cutting edge technology, never before seen in wholesale insurance Develop agency marketing skills. You will collaborate with producers to grow and activate new agency customer relationships Grow into a production role. You will work with intent to become a fully fledged producer on a set timeline, as supported by a customized development plan What you’ll need Insurance experience. You’ve been in the industry for 1-2 years and understand the pace and nuance of surplus lines brokering. Proper licensing. You hold the necessary licenses for the lines of business you manage—or are ready to get them fast. Consultative approach. You’re a problem solver with a bias for taking a relationship-first approach to sales and service. High-volume hustle. You can manage a heavy pipeline and turn around quotes with speed and quality. Tech-forward nature. You are energized by being exposed to and adopting new technology in your day-to-day Detail-oriented mindset. We’re looking for an experienced engineer who wants to shape not just our technology, but also our product direction and business outcomes. What You’ll Do Build impactful products: Own and deliver features in our all-TypeScript stack (React + Node). Shape product direction: Partner with Product, Design, and Data to define problems, break them down into incremental solutions, and validate with users. Leverage AI in practice: Deliver innovative AI-driven agentic solutions for our insurance experts, designed for a future MCP-driven world. Model complex data: Represent insurance data and relationships in intuitive, user-friendly tools that improve decision-making. What You’ll Bring Technical depth: Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node (or a very similar stack), and a history of shipping production code. Collaborative skills: Ability to work across the full product lifecycle—specifying features, testing, iterating, and validating with users.
